The one thing that keeps people on the ship’s own excursion is the fear of being left behind. So here is how we handle it.
We build the day backwards from your all-aboard time, not forwards from the gangway. You give us the ship and the date; we know the call times. We aim to have you back at the terminal 90 minutes before all-aboard, and we hold that margin even if it costs us the last stop. Your guide carries your ship’s agent number and ours, and we are reachable on WhatsApp the whole day.
In five generations of showing people around Provence, no one has missed a boat. We would rather cut a vineyard short than be the first.

Where do we meet?

We will be aware of any delays. Unfortunately we cannot offer full refunds for last minute cancelations.
